My Weirwood Wrap was inspired by the fictional tree of the same name. While not a literal interpretation of a tree, the Weirwood Wrap features cable panels that to me feel reminiscent of the twisting tree branches.
Weirwood is knit using a light bulky yarn so it works up pretty quickly. It's size makes it perfect to wear as a wrap, covering your shoulders to keep out the fall chill, but is long enough to wrap around your neck as an over-sized scarf to block out the cold in the winter.
