Like an English dale cutting through the landscape, a gentle lace panel travels down the front of this sweater. The fountain lace pattern evokes church steeples decorating the valley while the Andean Treasure is as soft as a gentle breeze from the hills.
Dale is knit in the round from the top down. The ribbing for the neck is worked first, and then the neckline is shaped with short rows worked across the back. The lace pattern is both written and charted.
Size 39" finished bust sample photographed on a 5'9" tall model with 30" bust.
