Inspired by the waves crashing against the rocks at a favorite Puget Sound beach, the Carkeek Park Pullover plays with the interesting textures and color patterns that can be found in even simple garter stitch. A half-dozen shades of blue and white Swish DK are worked in an nearly-random pattern across the yoke and cuffs, creating sections of rich color and texture. The body and sleeves of the sweater is simple bright white stockinette, crisp and clean. A sweater that’s perfect to wear on a trip to its namesake, the Carkeek Park Pullover will be a favorite for years to come.
