Here it is the end of the Thanksgiving weekend. I had a nice time with family and friends. I have been working on the Christmas stockings I am doing for my friend who raises the alpacas. Here are three more. Just a couple more to do. The next one is amost done. I am very happy with the ones I have done so far. You can view the others in the photo section of this journal.

I also spent some time decorating my trees. A friend came over to help as she and her husband will be out of town for the holidays visiting family. Here are our efforts. Many of the ornaments on the tree are from my two books of tatted and beaded ornaments. Many are crocheted, bobbin laced, beaded, pine needle creations and hand painted, either by my hand or the hands of my family and friends. The crocheted bells were decorations at our wedding (yes, it was a December wedding, nearly 17 years ago). Some of the beaded bells were made by my gram. Well, it is a family tradition and an beautiful tree.

The inside is looking good, now to plan what to do with the outside. Daniel's favorite part.
Keep knitting! Next week I start baking cookies for an exchange. I am very excited and have such a plan for the event. It should be fun.
