High Fiber--Frantically Finishing and iPad Fanatic Fun!

This week has been busy! (So what else is new?)

There are presents to wrap and send off, more knitting and quilting to do (some of which I can't show you) and other preparations to make. We took the time to dress up the pups and mug for the camera, though.

The annual get together for the National Olympic Committee Assistants assigned to German during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City was held Friday night. Here are the former NOC Assistants who attended this year.

Here's a present I finished this week:

It's the Irish Hiking Hat I started last week using Knit Picks' Wool of the Andes in Cranberry.

One project that kept me busy was the scarf for the charity my friend Tara has been involving some of us in.

This is for a knitting program sponsored by St. Anthony's in San Francisco, to provide presents for the homeless and people in need. I used Knit Picks Swish Worsted in Hollyberry.

I did some quilting I can't show you, but I promise I will post it when I can. Likewise some other knitting and spinning projects!

This will be an abbreviated post, but I have to share this wonderful video I found out about on Ravelry:

This is the North Point iBand performing using only iPads and iPhones. What a fun Christmas concert!

Well, I have to get back to work! See you next week!

Right back attcha, Cheryl. I really missed all of you. This is such

a great group - friendly, funny and generous and also brilliant.

Such a lot of good knowledge. I've learned a lot and laughed a lot.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas and a stupendous New Year!

Hi, Judith! I've been thinking about you. Is that what brought you back? There's a new photo of Daphne in my photos. She will be here in a little more than a week!
Di, you are going to love what you can do with your iPad. Congratulations! (There's an iPad Ravelry group with lots of tips for apps, etc. Not just knitting/spinning.)

P.S. That video with the iPads and phones is great. Thanks for that.

I have some people I'm going to forward that to.  -- Judith

Hello out there!

Did anyone miss me or think I had succumbed at last? I missed 3 blogs. How

did I ever survive? My social life amped up a bit and sucked up my small store

of energy.

Peggy, I loved the little alpacas, especially the white one. The pic of Daphne is

great. I've missed her. The pic of the 4 of you in holiday garb is priceless. I moved

it to my iPhoto. One of these days I'm going to make a Peggy  et al scrapbook.

I'm still working on this miserable sweater for Trinity. I've had to frog so many times

I think I've knit 4 sweaters. Don't anyone dare tell me it's 4 times the fun! I'm sewing it

together today and then have to knit the ribbing all around the front and then do a

zipper or buttons, haven't decided yet.

I didn't have time to read everyones posts on all 3 blogs but I hope everyone is

doing well. I missed all of you.

♥♥♥ Judith

Peggy that's a great photo if I tried that Eddy would keep running around me after the treat, lol.
