Happy Belated Canada Day!!

Hello Knitters,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! I wanted to share a couple of projects that I got finished over the last few weeks. I completed two pairs of socks using the new Felici Sport weight yarn.

Neopoltian Socks:

They were so much fun to knit and the yarn is grrrrrreat!! I`d like to do a pair in Picnic as well. There`s no better time than summer to work on socks. They`re small, portable, mostly mindless knitting and then by the time winter comes, you`ve already got your socks done!!

After completing these two, I started a pair of lacy ankelets in Felici Fingering Weight using the Positively Pink colourway. Here`s a ``in-progress`` picture:

I`m on sock 1 and am just to the part where I will begin the heel. Since these are anklets, I hope they will be done soon. However, I do have another project on the go right now and it is top priority!

It`s a Wrap-Me-Up Puppy from Itty Bitty Toys. I`m making it for a special someone that I`ll reveal a little later. I`m using Simply Cotton Sport in Marshmallow. What a great yarn, it`s so soft for being cotton yarn. My goal is to have it done by the end of the weekend....we`ll see how it goes. I have to buy some fiberfill tonight since I forgot mine when I was home last.

Well, that`s my update for today. I should get back to work on this little one!
