Of course, if you're talking about baby mittens, you could probably do those out of leftovers, but I would recommend Stoll sock yarn in fingering weight instead, because they could go into the wash. You can use thicker yarn for mittens, of course. Fingerless mittens are really popular now, and there are lots of patterns for them. Let me know when you get back to spindling! --P

I would love to visit my home town it has been about 7 years since I have been back. My father was the man who remodeled and ran log heaven restaurant back in the late 50ies. He was a contractor for many years it is fun to go back and see his work.
I just found a local yarn shop I can take a yarn dying class on Sunday I am very excited and hope to make it up there today to pick out my yarn. Victoria
