Knitting socks is a fun and portable knitting project.  There are so many wants to knit socks!  You can make them from the cuff down, or from the toe up.  You can choose any type of toe, heel, or stitch pattern that you like.  You can knit your socks with double pointed needles (DPNs), two circular needles at a time, or one long circular needle with the Magic loop technique.  You can make socks as simple or complex as you prefer!  We have tutorials for a wide range of sock knitting techniques.
