I have even purchased additional needle points and cords for my set. One thing I would LOVE is a set of 12" cords for sleeves!!!!! I use the 16" now and it's ok but I have to pull the cord through the stitches to make it small enough to accomodate the sleeve. Are there any plans to come out with 12" cords?; ▶ Reply to This

Everything is fine except the one needle i need for the project I am planning to start D: one of the size 8 needle tips won't screw all the way down onto the cable, I've tried the little pin, but it really just won't fit. I wish I had looked earlier so I could have called customer service today, but I'll call in the morning. Other then that I am extremely happy with the needles so far, everything looks great.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Beckydjd on August 3, 2009 at 6:44pm: I have a question for the NON interchangeable needles. not to long ago I ordered a bunch of fixed 40 inch nickel needles, but i have only been using the 3s, last night I pulled out the one's and went to cast on, and the cord just came out, just sliped right out of the needle. I tried to put the cord back in it's tiny hole, but it seemed to be a loseing battle. Has this happened to anyone else? I kind of want to cry, knit picks has been my rock in my knitting path, please, I need some advice on how to save my very young, baby needles.

Just call KP... they usually make good on their products. At least they have with all of mine.; ▶ Reply to This

I would love it if there was a set of nickel-plated straight needles. The Harmony wood ones are nice but I don't care for the harmony wood needles; nickel-plated straights would be a huge benefit to people like me who are trying to learn Irish Cottage knitting. :) I love Knit Picks for their super low prices and high quality items and I would love to buy metal straight needles from you guys. It's so hard to find good quality, quick knitting metal straights that aren't at least $10 a pair.; ▶ Reply to This
